The Dingle Dangle Starter set comes with three parts: 

- Soft headband with baby-safe velcro that fits nearly all head sizes; 

- Sensory rod with three different textured fabrics and sensory black and white colors. When not being used to change diapers, the sensory rod is ergnonomically designed to fit into the baby's hand to encourage fine motor skill development;  

- Ollie the Octopus plush toy which attaches to the rod to create a portable mobile on the head. Ollie is super soft and has a soft, baby safe chime in its head to create a sensory experience for the baby while they are getting their diaper changed.
